Qualifications

  • A diploma or certificate in child development or related area is required.
  • At least one year of experience working with children or youth.
  • Valid First Aid and Food Safe Certificates necessary.
  • Willing to obtain a Class 4 Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the After School Program.
  • Ensure adherence to Child Care Licensing Regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor program staff.
  • Participate in recruitment and training of staff.
  • Maintain accurate program and member records.
