YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they're looking for with a 'friends first' approach. (We'll teach you everything about the AEO Selling Model!)
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products! Educate guests on product details and make tailored product suggestions.
• You share the brand love! Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can hang! Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, showcasing versatility.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! Support your team to achieve shared goals.
• You've got integrity! Always do the right thing and follow AEO's policies and procedures.

YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

• You love interacting with people!
• You're energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work during peak shopping times (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience (practice makes perfect!).
• You are at least 16 years old.
