Administrative Coordinator for The Canadian Finance & Leasing Association (CFLA)

Compensation : $45K–$50K + annual bonus (~$6,000), benefits, RRSP, hybrid work (Tues & Thurs in-office)

Join a small, dynamic non-profit association in a brand-new downtown office! We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Coordinator to support our team, assist leadership, and help run events that bring industry leaders together. This is a growth-focused role with variety—office management, event support, executive assistance, and more.

What You’ll Do
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to a team of six, helping coordinate meetings, travel, and communications across multiple departments.
  • Event Logistics: Assist with event logistics (12+ events / year, including our national conference and golf tournament) by supporting registration, communications, mailings, and onsite setup.
  • CRM & Membership: Maintain our membership CRM (DNA), including data entry, event registrations, and membership renewals.
  • Member Communications: Act as the first point of contact for members by managing email inquiries and occasional phone calls.
Executive Support
  • Assist the President & CEO with scheduling, travel, meeting coordination, and special projects.
  • Help manage board materials, committee communications, and reports.
Office Management
  • Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, couriers, filing, and other day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee organization of the workspace.
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
  • Administrative or office coordination experience is an asset, but we’re open to candidates who bring customer service or other transferable skills and are excited to grow into this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be interacting with members, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with technology (MacOS experience a plus; CRM experience preferred).
  • Willingness to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays (additional days during events / conference prep).
  • Must be available to travel to one annual conference and occasional events.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or certifications an asset.
