Job description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Sales Support for our sales team in Dorval. This role supports the growing organization of a leading company in the industrial equipment industry, focusing on serving the Canadian market.

Advantages
  • Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM

  • Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + Company performance bonus
  • 3 weeks vacation (including a week closed at Christmas; vacation must be taken during the construction holiday)
  • 5 sick days
  • On-site gym

Responsibilities
  • Support sales representatives with their territories, including order entry for some reps
  • Manage internal accounts for the Technical Product Manager
  • Handle accounts and territories within sales budgets
  • Assist with social media management
  • Create administrative reports to support sales activities
  • Maintain and input sales records into the system
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative support
  • Distribution experience is an asset
  • Wire & cable industry experience is an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness, team spirit, good communication skills
