The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing office operations, coordinating activities across departments, and providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Oversees and manages daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing documents.
    • Implements and reviews office procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Data and Records Management
    • Maintains and updates office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Compiles and analyzes data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between departments.
    • Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and manages office inventory.
  • Project and Budget Support
    • Assists in planning and executing special projects, including monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Supports the preparation of operating budgets and maintains inventory and budget controls.
  • Reporting and Supervision
    • Delegates tasks to office support staff, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
    • Supervises records management and related staff as needed.
    • Compiles data and prepares reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements A college diploma or university degree, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Skills and Abilities
