Overview

Symphony Vacation is a boutique travel agency based in Kingston, Ontario, specializing in cruises, all-inclusive vacations, group travel, and personalized itineraries. As a new and growing business, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, personalized care, and unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Use TravelWorks software to manage bookings, invoicing, payments, and client files.
  • Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication.
  • Research, plan, and book travel experiences including cruises, flights, tours, and vacation packages.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide after-travel support.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
  • Support the growth of Symphony Vacation by contributing ideas and assisting in marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with TravelWorks (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry suppliers, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
  • TICO certification (or willingness to obtain).
