Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals.
  • Train staff.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage contracts.
  • Answer and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Advise senior management.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Greet people and direct to contacts/service areas.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Maintain and manage digital database.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Full time, Permanent. 30–44 hours per week. Includes day, weekend, on‑call shifts.
