Job Type and Hours
Full time, Permanent. 30–44 hours per week. Includes day, weekend, on‑call shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
- Train staff
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Advise senior management
- Oversee payroll administration
- Greet people and direct to contacts/service areas
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain filing system
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Implement new administrative procedures
Supervision

Education & Experience
- College/CEGEP
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in project coordination
