Job summary

A government organization located in Peel Region, Brampton, is seeking an individual to manage various office tasks, including coordinating seminars, assisting with staff grievances, and overseeing daily operations.   • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
