The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support to the Program Services Manager and unit teams, exercising judgment and independence. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients and stakeholders, staffing coordination, scheduling patient appointments and transportation, payroll processing, expense monitoring, data entry, report preparation, and maintaining confidential files. The role also involves organizing meetings, recording minutes, and ensuring compliance with patient safety policies.
