A software company in Saskatoon is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. The role involves managing schedules, organizing events, and overseeing office operations. This is a key role within the Office of the CEO, supporting daily operations and big-picture projects that keep our senior leadership team running smoothly. You will help orchestrate schedules, events, and initiatives from the heart of the action.

Note: While Coconut Software is remote-first, this role will be based onsite in our Saskatoon office with some flexibility to work from home.
