Overview

At Coconut Software, we believe even the most buttoned-up roles can come with a splash of coconut energy. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Administrative Assistant, Office of the CEO to support our growing team in Saskatoon.

This is a key role within the Office of the CEO, supporting daily operations and big-picture projects that keep our senior leadership team running smoothly. You will help orchestrate schedules, events, and initiatives from the heart of the action.

This is a 6-month contract with strong potential to grow into a full-time role. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this could be your next adventure.

Note: While Coconut Software is remote-first, this role will be based onsite in our Saskatoon office with some flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities
  • Bring events to life — from company off-sites and socials to gifting and swag through our Surf Shop, ensuring the team and partners feel the Coconut vibes.
  • Keep the ship sailing — oversee office operations across Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Toronto, ensuring welcoming spaces and handling snacks, access cards, and related needs.
  • Support our leaders — manage calendars, expenses, travel, and communication for the senior leadership team (SLT) to help them stay organized and focused.
  • Pitch in where it counts — assist with admin and light finance tasks, ensuring details are managed accurately.
