We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Facility manager. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage complex scheduling, support regional initiatives, and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for coordinating communications, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the success of regional projects and activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements
