Responsibilities:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Up to date policies and procedures accordingly new changes .
- Keeping record and prepare Notes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Maintain inventory regarding office stationary and stuff .
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including MS Excel , MS Word, Social Media, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Area of specialization Including Correspondence, Report & Records, Contracts ,Statistics and Invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capability to work under pressure and repetitive tasks
