Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments and management teams.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and databases.

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, and presentations.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and communications.

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory tracking.

  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation when needed.

  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and document filing.

  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration is an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
