Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Meet with patients and determine patient’s preferred payment option
  • Confer with patients regarding financial contracts
  • Post start codes, enter contract info into patient software system and scan financial agreement
  • Advise team of daily collections and activations
  • Maintain schedule for sending out statements and calling delinquent accounts as well as mailing receipts
  • Handle telephone inquiries from insurance companies & patients
  • Contact insurance companies where necessary to check on benefits or claims for patients
  • Post charges & payments and adjustments
  • Print the day sheet and reconcile cash, cheques and credit cards with deposit slip
  • Other duties as required
What We Are Looking For
  • Dental Administration experience is a must
  • Experience working in assignment office is preferred
  • Organized with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 1:00pm.
