Qualifications

• Accounting certificate or bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration required.
• Entry level to 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with T4s and T5s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping and tax engagements.
• Prepare and maintain government remittances/filings and payroll transactions.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close process.

Skills

Accounting certificate or bachelor’s degree

Entry level to 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Experience preparing T4s and T5s

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

Experience with accounting and tax software
