Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually (based on experience and skills)

At ReadyQuip, we are currently looking to expand our team. We seek a dedicated, self-motivated individual to help elevate ReadyQuip to the next level.

Job Summary:

To provide administrative and analytical support to the organization, maintain department systems, and ensure the accurate and timely flow of information within the group.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in various pre- and post-selling activities.
  2. Handle cash and credit interactions and payments as necessary.
  3. Maintain office equipment, phone systems, and supplies.
  4. Assist with clerical duties as required.
  5. Contact customers with overdue accounts weekly (A/R Department).
  6. Complete credit inquiries for the A/R Department as needed.
  7. Perform data entry for departments including A/P, Expenses, and A/R.
  8. Manage payroll, including remittances and WSIB reporting.
  9. Calculate taxes, collect bad debts, and pay creditors.
  10. Assist with unit orders and financing.
  11. Complete sales invoicing, unit receipts, and incentives/rebates.
  12. Maintain customer database.
  13. Provide courteous and professional call distribution.
  14. Greet customers and visitors, directing them appropriately.
  15. Verify invoice accuracy, ensuring compliance with tax, contractual requirements, discounts, and company policies.
  16. Arrange travel and prepare related documentation.
  17. Correspond invoices with purchase orders and receipts, verifying details.
  18. Handle special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluency in English and French is highly preferred.
  2. Excellent telephone manners: personable, polished, articulate.
  3. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration.
  4. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  5. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
  8. Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Outlook, Excel, POS).
