A leading energy drink company in Fort McMurray is seeking an Account Sales Manager responsible for driving outside sales of their products while managing relationships with assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing sales, ensuring equipment maintenance, and successfully meeting monthly sales goals. This role offers a competitive salary with commission incentives based on performance.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off premise" stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The primary role of the ASM is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to our RedBull executional standards.This is a salaried position and will also be eligible for a commission bonus target on top of the base salary, depending on targets being hit.

Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned RedBull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts.
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
Ensure that all RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order.
Perform outside sales functions.
Other tasks as assigned.
Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
Meet monthly goals focused on the following areas : sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set up, and other merchandising components.
Build and protect the RedBull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following RedBull standards.
Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBCD assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Be a major contributor / leader among peer group.
Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each RBCD assigned account.
