Working conditions

Regular day for you will include / Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high market profile within the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with key dealers, strategic partners, and contacts.
  • Penetrate all assigned accounts through face-to-face meetings, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to generate interest and begin sales process.
  • Grow volume with existing dealer partners while getting new dealers in assigned territory signed up and generating consistent volume.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management.
  • Previous experience in auto financing is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing a multitude of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospect and close deal to achieve sales quotas.
  • Tech Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines under pressure.
  • Prioritization of allocated workflow.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Extras
  • University Degree/College Diploma considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in sub-prime lending market and/or autofinance industry.
