Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term executive relationships with assigned clients serving as the primary point of contact for their growth needs
Understand clients objectives challenges and opportunities; proactively craft Qualtrics / XM-led solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end coordinating solutions engineers delivery consultants and Qualtrics alliance resources to shape winning proposals.
Drive revenue growth through net-new logo acquisition upselling and cross-selling adjacent Optimus SBR advisory services.
Create territory and account plans maintain an accurate 90-day forecast in CRM and regularly report pipeline health to leadership.
Monitor client satisfaction (NPS CSAT) and orchestrate remediation plans when required.
Stay abreast of XM best practices emerging tech and competitive moves; translate insights into thought-leadership that challenges customers to innovate.
Represent Optimus SBR at industry conferences networking events and partner-sponsored forums.
Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR by sharing wins mentoring colleagues and championing diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
Self-starter with strong critical-thinking skills and a bias for action.
5-8 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS cloud or CX / EX solutions; success selling to C-suite and VP levels.
Proven ability to translate complex technology into business value and challenge customers to think differently about experience-led growth.
Exceptional written & verbal communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of an organization.
Strategic mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue targets through disciplined territory planning and opportunity management.
Highly organized; able to juggle multiple pursuits stakeholders and deadlines.
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
Direct experience with Qualtrics Medallia or comparable XM platforms is an asset.
Customer-experience domain expertise preferred.
Required Education : Related University Degree.
Preferred Education : Post-Graduate degree (e.g. MBA MPA MPP) PMP CPA or other professional designation (e.g. Lean PROSCI).
