A sports management firm in Toronto is seeking a Membership Team member to establish and retain relationships, driving sales revenue focused on lower bowl Toronto Maple Leafs Member accounts. The role requires accountability for member book renewals to achieve high retention rates and support annual department objectives.
As a part of the Membership Team, you will be responsible for establishing, retaining relationships and driving new sales revenue through a dedicated book of business. This book of business will be primarily focused on lower bowl Toronto Maple Leafs Member accounts. You will be accountable for renewing your Member book of business to achieve league-leading retention rates. As part of the team, you will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of our annual department objectives and helping support other projects.
