Overview

The Account Executive of Key Brokerage Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic real estate clients. This role focuses on upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring long-term customer success through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to maximize customer value.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, present business cases, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Product, Marketing) to deliver client success.
  • Analyze account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quotas and key performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, key account management, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in real estate technology or related industries preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes.
