Job Title : Senior Sales Executive - Claims (Remote Canada)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the claims field by acquiring new accounts or retaining and growing existing customer accounts. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving aggressive revenue growth targets by building deep, trusted, strategic relationships with insurers at C-suite and operational levels. You will be expected to develop and execute sales campaigns, build and execute a qualified sales pipeline, monitor the competitive landscape, and qualify opportunities with new and existing accounts.

What You\'ll Do
  • Achieve aggressive revenue growth targets through strategic sales to new and existing P&C insurance accounts in the claims field
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns built through understanding market gaps, industry workflows, and pain-points
  • Build and execute on a qualified sales pipeline with high probability to achieve success
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and develop a thorough understanding of industry trends and emerging market innovations
  • Qualify opportunities with new and existing accounts, drive overall sales, lead negotiations and close profitable deals for the assigned region and accounts
  • Help lead our market growth
  • Apply discipline and rigor in sales forecasting and revenue (and profit) reporting
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to help refine and promote effective product marketing and sales communication strategies
  • Coordinate implementation projects with clients and relevant Solera teams
  • Perform account management functions
  • Manage and prioritize product enhancement requests from customers
  • Coordinate with the legal team to finalize contracts per customer redlines / feedback
What You\'ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience / knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of technology / SaaS sales experience
  • Successful track record in selling Insurance or claims management software solutions, data and / or BPO services into large organizations
  • Ability to converse at C-suite and operational levels within the Insurance industry
  • Passionate about work and driven by success
  • Experience in selling complex solutions and services to mid-tier and top-tier P&C insurance carriers and related service providers
  • Project management and oversight capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Total command of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Consistent top performing sales executive that exceeds revenue goals
  • Understand that face to face interaction with our customers is required and is ready and willing to travel 50% of the time
