Job Overview

Title: Sr. Business Analyst; Number of Vacancies: 1; Level: MP5- upto $90/hr INC; Duration: 12 months; Hours of work: 35; Location: CHQ and 889 Brock Road, rotating schedule; Resume Due Date: Tuesday, September 9, 2025 (5:00 PM EST)

Responsibilities
  • Product Support Management - Develop and implement product support strategies and plans; Coordinate logistics, monitor performance and sustainment activities; Monitor and evaluate product/system performance and reliability; Manage lifecycle activities (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, disposal); Develop documentation and reports; Oversee configuration management and change control
  • Secure Project Management - Develop and implement secure project management plans and procedures; Define and document project objectives, scope, and deliverables; Support project progress monitoring, identify risks, and implement mitigation; Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business and security needs; Ensure compliance and maintain project documentation
  • Technology Portfolio Management - Develop and implement technology portfolio management processes; Maintain and analyze technology asset inventories; Assess alignment of technology investments with business and security needs; Monitor and report on performance, risks, and opportunities; Coordinate with stakeholders and support compliance activities
  • Systems Requirements Planning - Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements; Analyze requirements for alignment with objectives, policies, and compliance; Translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions; Develop and maintain traceability matrices and documentation; Engage stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements; Identify and resolve gaps, conflicts, or ambiguities; Support verification and validation activities; Update requirements as needed for changes in scope or regulations
  • Systems Testing and Evaluation - Develop and implement test and evaluation plans, processes, and procedures; Conduct system and software testing (functional, integration, regression, acceptance, security); Analyze test results; identify defects, issues, and risks; Document and report test findings and recommendations; Coordinate with stakeholders to define test objectives and criteria; Support verification and validation activities; Utilize automated testing tools and techniques; Track and manage defect and issue resolution

  • A period of over 4 years and up to and including 6 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.

Education Level/Training
