Overview

Multiple positions available. The Casual Prime Worker is responsible for transporting and supporting children receiving child welfare services. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide care for the child and youth that is consistent with the philosophy, approach, goals and learning environment established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care.

Responsibilities

The Casual Prime Worker provides care and support to children and youth in alignment with Dilico Anishinabek Family Care’s philosophy and learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Secondary School Diploma is required
• A minimum two years experience with Anishinabek children, youth, individuals and families
• Preferably Child Welfare experience
• Required to work flexible hours
• A valid Class “G” Driver’s License
• Access to a reliable, personal vehicle
• $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance

Hours of Work

The position is based on an as needed basis at your availability and convenience

Wage Range

$19.06 per hour
