• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives
• Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on CRM products and solutions
• Manage inventory and documentation related to patient registration and hospital requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist in obtaining purchase orders

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields; or
• Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
