Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects ensuring alignment with business objectives Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy Provide expert advice on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to business challenges
