The Elite Job is seeking a talented and self-motivated Back-End Developer with expertise in Python or Node.js to join our fast-growing remote team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications that power our digital platforms. • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python or Node.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with third-party platforms and front-end systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and system integrity.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Continuously research and adopt best practices and modern technologies to improve development processes.

• Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
• Solid understanding of server-side architecture, databases, and system design.
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in back-end development using Python or Node.js.
• Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GMT/UTC).
• Must be able to attend occasional virtual team meetings.
