- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays 1 to 3 nights per week
- Physical ability to work in extreme environments and perform manual tasks
- Experience in managing and coaching teams in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of fleet management and pricing strategies
- Familiarity with safety and environmental requirements in industrial operations
- Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
