A leading tech firm is seeking a Remote Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and coach teams on agile practices. Candidates should have a Scrum Master Certification and 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with purpose and discipline; ensuring teams remain focused on delivering value each sprint.
Remove impediments swiftly, enabling teams to maintain steady progress and high productivity.
Coach teams in agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Act as a trusted liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment.
Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog to ensure clarity and readiness.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights.
Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels.
Manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Oversee reporting of team performance and progress, providing concise updates for leadership visibility.
Coordinate effectively with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred.
5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments.
Proven success facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives.
Strong background in hybrid delivery environments integrating Agile and traditional practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
