- Interest in support and QA roles
- Deep understanding of JIRA
- Understanding of JIRA API’s and ability to use them
- Understanding of JIRA performance and tuning
- Can‑do attitude, ready to pitch‑in to improve overall processes
- Jira, ITSM, and process workflow.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
