We are seeking an Electrical Engineering analyst to join our R&D team. This role focuses on the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic systems for new products, ensuring seamless transition from concept to production. The specialist will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable, and cost‑competitive products.

• Develop and refine the design of electrical components to support scalable and efficient product manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to develop and qualify electrical components, ensuring alignment with production requirements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing processes related to electrical components, facilitating smooth and efficient production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing product quality and cost, ensuring product reliability, cost competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and support the resolution of electrical issues encountered both on the production line and in the field.
• Perform electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting to guarantee compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, test procedures, and reports.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing—to integrate electrical systems effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers and external partners to source components and resolve technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in electrical design, testing, and manufacturing support within an R&D environment.
• Proficiency with electrical design software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools) and testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and product certification processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Experience in the home appliance, HVAC, or durable goods industries.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supplier management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
