The Role

We're hiring full‑time Petition Writers to draft P-1, O-1, and EB-1A visa petitions for:

• Professional athletes (cricket, boxing, MMA, football)
• AI / ML engineers, researchers, and founders

What You'll Do

• Map client achievements to USCIS criteria (awards, publications, critical roles, high salary, etc.)
• Organize exhibits using our internal PDF tools
• Conduct supplemental research using AI‑powered tools
• Work directly with US‑licensed attorneys on case strategy

What We're Looking For

• US immigration petition writing experience (REQUIRED – ex‑Deel, Plymouth Street, Boundless, or US law firm experience preferred)
