The Role

We're hiring full-time Petition Writers to draft P-1, O-1, and EB-1A visa petitions for:

• Professional athletes (cricket, boxing, MMA, football)
• AI/ML engineers, researchers, and founders
• Tech executives with extraordinary ability credentials

What You'll Do

• Map client achievements to USCIS criteria (awards, publications, critical roles, high salary, etc.)
• Organize exhibits using our internal PDF tools
• Conduct supplemental research using AI-powered tools
• Work directly with US-licensed attorneys on case strategy

What We're Looking For

• US immigration petition writing experience (REQUIRED – ex-Deel, Plymouth Street, Boundless, or US law firm experience preferred)
• Exceptional English writing skills
• Ability to translate technical achievements (ML papers, patents, GitHub contributions) into compelling legal narratives
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, fast learner
