The ideal candidate must be Workday Certified with over 5 years of experience in functional roles. You will lead project activities, gather requirements, and manage enhancements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Workday Certified in HCM, Compensation, or a related module.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Support production support and enhancement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Conhecimentos

Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)

5+ years’ experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles

Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge

Proven experience with production support and enhancement management

Excellent communication skills

Documentation and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to CCB and Studio integrations

Key Responsibilities :

• We are seeking a Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst to support production support and enhancement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
• Prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.
• Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support production issues and enhancements.
• Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge / response catalog.
• Work independently on CCB and Studio integrations in Workday HCM space , including payroll and end-to-end support.

Must Have Skills :

• Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)
• 5+ years’ experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles
• Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge
• Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support
