Job Description

Web Designer & Developer (WordPress & Elementor Specialist) – Remote | EST Hours

Location: Fully remote (work from home) Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm EST

Start Date: Immediate

We’re hiring an exceptional Web Designer & Developer to join our client’s team full-time. If you’re a creative problem solver with advanced WordPress and Elementor skills, a sharp eye for design, and the technical depth to build and maintain high-performing websites — we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As the team’s go‑to web expert, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a range of responsive WordPress websites. You'll take concepts from idea to launch, collaborating closely with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure each site meets both functional and aesthetic goals.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment, balances creative flair with technical precision, and enjoys being involved in all stages of web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive WordPress sales/landing pages from scratch in live environment (no staging for landing pages, no UX/UI prototypes)
• Design responsive WordPress multi 5‑10 page websites from scratch on staging environment from a template or inspirational design, no UX/UI prototypes
• Design graphics and elements for the websites
• Transfer hostings and domains from one place to another
• Transfer websites from staging to live domains
• Work with GoDaddy and manage hosting‑related tasks
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Must have strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Must have strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic design experience is a must
• Knowledge and secured access to Adobe Creative Suite for design work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design

Nice to Have

• Experience with DNS, hosting configurations, and site migrations
• Familiarity with GoDaddy or similar hosting providers
