The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates genuine taste and an eye for what drives results.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of designers to ensure the delivery of exceptional visual assets on time and within budget
• Review work daily and provide actionable feedback to improve the team's standards and efficiency
• Coach the team to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Take on tasks when needed, such as logo creation and layout fixes
• Optimize production workflows to balance speed and quality

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design sensibility
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a design team, with a focus on developing talent and maintaining high standards
• Hands‑on skills, including logo creation and layout fixes
• Experience working in fast‑paced agencies, e-commerce, or high‑output teams
