Responsabilidades

  • Craft clear, professional responses to guest messages and inquiries.
  • Maintain a 5–10 minute response time to all messages.
  • Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to fulfill requests.
  • Update and monitor internal systems and property dashboards.
  • Document all customer interactions for quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless operations.

This is a fast‑paced, service‑driven role where you'll communicate directly with guests and tenants across multiple properties, ensuring every experience meets our standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Craft clear, professional, and empathetic English responses to guest messages, emails, and inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO and other internal platforms.
  • Maintain a 5–10 minute response time to all messages during your shift.
  • Deescalate and resolve guest complaints with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to fulfill requests.
  • Update and monitor internal systems, CRMs, and property dashboards.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for team follow‑up and quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – excellent grammar and communication tone.
  • Strong typing skills (80+ WPM) and confidence navigating multiple platforms.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have a reliable laptop / computer and high‑speed WiFi.
  • Previous experience with Airbnb, property management, or hospitality support is a plus but not required.
