POSITIONS

We are looking for quality‑driven and assertive senior technology staffing services business developers with excellent English communication skills to expand new business while managing the existing clients. You will be working in an environment where personal and professional growth matters, and your compensation is associated with aggressive and accelerated rewards (NO CAPS) by your own commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the technology industry.
  • Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute the successful delivery of the recruiting / staffing services.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
  • Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
  • Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
  • Develop staffing services and have a strong network in Microsoft (service providers or users), cloud computing, data, AI, financial services, fintech, and auto manufacturing organizations.
QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start‑ups to mid‑sized and major accounts.
  • Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
  • Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment supporting U.S. or Europe accounts.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the technical evaluation of clients' requirements and candidates' skills.
  • Experience in providing staffing services and preferably having a network in AI, data streaming, cloud computing, financial services, fintech, and auto manufacturing organizations.
  • Extensive networking skills or having an existing network within IT companies in the U.S. (A MUST) and LATAM.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.
  • Work experience with CRM or applicant tracking system, and MS Word.
