The Role

We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer to support the continuous evolution of a SaaS product, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on fintech or financial SaaS platforms.

This is a part-time (20h / week), ongoing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions. As a startup, we value flexibility, autonomy, and a hands‑on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
• Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
• Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer working on SaaS products.
• Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data‑heavy platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part‑time setup.

Nice to Have

• Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets.
• Experience working with early‑stage or fast‑growing startups.
