Beyond Madeira is a tourism project focused on car rental reservations, activities, and traveler support in Madeira Island, Portugal.

We are exploring the Brazilian market to reinforce our team with a remote professional, focused on tourism operations, reservation organization, and operational support through clear processes and smart use of technology.

This is not a generic customer support or call center role.

Role Overview

This role supports the daily operations of Beyond Madeira, with a strong focus on tourism reservations, data organization, operational support, and continuous process improvement.

You will succeed in this role if you are organized, autonomous, and reliable, able to work with reservations, structured information, and internal communication, while using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to improve clarity and efficiency.

This position is part of the Operations area and works closely with the core team responsible for operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management and organization of car rental and activity reservations
  • Update and validate operational information in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Support the resolution of operational questions related to reservations, schedules, and processes
  • Organize data to support internal decision-making
  • Assist with reservation changes, adjustments, and exceptional situations
  • Use Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to support writing, organization, analysis, and clarification of information
  • Communicate clearly, objectively, and professionally with the internal team
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in tourism, reservations, operations, or related areas
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • Functional English for professional reading and writing
  • Comfort working with digital tools (spreadsheets, email, messaging, online systems)
  • Practical use of Artificial Intelligence in work tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously while following defined processes

Formal academic education is not required. We value practical skills, reasoning ability, and reliability over titles.

Work Model

  • Schedule to be defined (full‑time or part‑time, depending on profile)
