Key job responsibilities

• Use data to manage strategic process to ensure business expansion
• Manage, create, execute and analyze performance metrics
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business
• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities
• Build dashboards that can assist the team in decision‑making
• Support First Mile operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements
• Generate and analyze reports

A day in the life

• Create queries using SQL to analyze data
• Use data knowledge to build BI analysis of important issues of First Mile
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
• Lead meetings of performance results
• Present data‑driven insights on business impacts
• Monitor operational excellence metrics
• Drive decision‑making through data analysis and business intelligence

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
