Summary of Responsibilities

Third‑Party Risk Management Analyst SR supports the organization's risk management objectives by assisting in the execution and administration of the TPRM operating model. Reporting to the Procurement Operational Excellence Manager and accountable to the TPRM Governance Council, the TPRM Associate will help identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third‑party vendors, suppliers, and partners throughout the TPRM lifecycle. The TPRM Associate collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure risk controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, contributing to the organization's resilience and risk awareness.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of third‑party risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks as directed by the TPRM Manager.
  • Support the due diligence process for third‑party engagements, including collecting and reviewing initial assessment documentation and performing basic risk rating activities.
  • Monitor third‑party relationships by tracking compliance requirements, contract obligations, and risk indicators, escalating issues as appropriate to senior team members.
  • Help coordinate periodic risk assessments and audits of third‑party vendors, assisting in the identification of compliance gaps and operational risks.
  • Maintain and update the third‑party risk register and related reporting tools, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of risk data.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices in third‑party risk management, sharing updates with the team as needed.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and awareness programs on third‑party risk management for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for incident response and issues management related to third‑party disruptions or breaches.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, IT, operations, and other key departments to support risk management objectives and project needs.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field. Relevant coursework or internships preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, procurement, compliance, or supply chain, ideally within a global organization or chemical industry.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and procurement or supply chain principles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global, dynamic environment.
Considered a Plus
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications such as Certified Third‑Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP).
  • Familiarity with TPRM tools and technologies.
  • Experience with supplier risk assessments, ESG considerations, or cybersecurity risk management.
  • Experience supporting training initiatives or risk awareness programs.
