Job Mission: Provide efficient support to the sales team and the Regional Manager, playing a key role in maintaining the efficiency of sales operations.

  • Assist the product development activities of the Business Center, implementing and evaluating the results in the field, institutions and consultancies to ensure recommendations and appropriate positioning, providing sales conditions that meet the objectives and goals.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in the Company's internal and external events, providing greater visibility and credibility of the company with customers. As well as representing the company in conventions, seminars, conferences, fairs, field days and congresses, in order to monitor, encourage and disseminate the Marketing actions promoted by Lallemand (Laltraining, Lalcast...).
  • Implement, conduct, obtain results and present reports of the protocols selected by the RTV, Regional Manager and National Manager.
  • Contribute with information for planning the commercialization of biological products, together with the Regional Manager and RTV, taking into account Agribusiness perspectives and competition in order to achieve the expected results and increase market share;
  • Support RTV in day field assemblies and tiled areas. In addition to supporting the RTV sales budget and delivering the budget of expenses established for its territory of operation.
  • Deliver products (except sharp instruments and blunt piercings, unless essential to carry out their activity; explosives, fuels and/or chemical products or chemical pesticides that present an imminent risk to health or flammable) to customers with prior alignment with RTV and Regional Manager, when necessary.
  • Request support from the different Lallemand sectors in cases of customer complaints and queries. In order to base its decisions with prior alignment with RTV and GR in order to achieve the objectives of the territory.
  • Monitor the sales process, from the registration of orders to the delivery of products to customers; Respond to customer requests and questions, offering technical and commercial support;
