ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Operations Specialist (Middle / Senior), you’ll support full-cycle talent rotation in a fast-growing 1000+ team, helping engineers find the right projects and opportunities. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering, Delivery, and HR, driving smooth processes and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers growth in tech talent management and retention, and is ideal for a quick learner with strong English skills who can lead special initiatives when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine;
  • Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
  • Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
  • Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
MUST HAVES
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT company as a Technical Recruiter (preferred) or within an HR function;
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES
  • You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
