As a Talent Operations Specialist (Middle / Senior), you’ll support full-cycle talent rotation in a fast-growing 1000+ team, helping engineers find the right projects and opportunities. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering, Delivery, and HR, driving smooth processes and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers growth in tech talent management and retention, and is ideal for a quick learner with strong English skills who can lead special initiatives when needed.
3+ years of experience in an IT company as a Technical Recruiter (preferred) or within an HR function; Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology; Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem-solving; Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently; Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
