We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst JR to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process.
The HR Analyst responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team and maintaining databases with candidate information.
You will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high‑performing personnel.
From 1‑3 years of experience in HR as an Analyst or Talent Acquisition Analyst. Take initiative and work independently. Always willing to learn. Build and maintain partnerships. Strong problem solving. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular). Experience using different recruitment sources (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, University platforms, etc.). Must be a detail‑and‑customer‑oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills. Advanced English level is a must. Conversational Spanish is a great plus.
Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to support recruitment process according to their needs. Support the sourcing process that includes posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, use of social networks, filtering of CVs, and contact with candidates. Support full‑cycle recruiting process including interviews, technical exams, presentation, onboarding. Maintain a complete record of interviews.
