About the Role:

You will be instrumental in our growth, focusing on the identification, attraction, and acquisition of local talent for our specialized projects. This role directly impacts the expansion of our presence in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities & Focus:
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective, innovative recruitment and candidate generation strategies.
  • High-Volume Management: Handle a high volume of simultaneous vacancies while maintaining speed and quality of hire.
  • Technology Expert: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), sourcing tools, and networking platforms expertly.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring management, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality talent.
  • Mentorship: Ideally, possess the capability to mentor or coach junior recruiters (seniority in capability is valued highly).
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of 2+ years high-volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency backgrounds are both suitable).
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), for both written and spoken communication.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ATS skills and experience with sourcing tools and networking platforms.
  • Location: Must be local to São Paulo or currently residing there.
The Work Environment & Benefits:
  • Contract: CLT contract.
  • Workplace Transition: The role starts in a temporary office from December. Our new, state-of-the-art studio will open in March 2026 at Luna Nova 2202 Alexandre Dumas Street.
  • Benefits: Includes meal voucher (30 BRL/day), non-exclusive parking, and additional transport support once the main office is fully operational.
