You will lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, a key sub-team of our People division.
You will support the hiring needs of our local team by serving as a point of contact for Business & Operations divisions.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead a team of international Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for hiring across Business & Operations.
Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
Define recruitment KPIs, track metrics, and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process, including position intake, job descriptions, interview structure and process, interview scorecards, and offer communications.
Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth, such as employer branding campaigns and process improvements.
A solid TA experience in recruitment and people management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
Advanced English language skills; Spanish or another language is a plus.
Knowledge of Greenhouse is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
