A technology solutions provider in Brazil is seeking a candidate to support end-user computing operations, managing hardware and software troubleshooting along with endpoint deployment. Familiarity with tools like Intune and SCCM, as well as Azure services, is essential. The role also involves configuring MS O365 clients and providing support for end users. Ideal candidates will have a background in scripting and automation.
Support day-to-day EUC operations : hardware / software troubleshooting, patching, imaging, security updates, asset inventory, disposal.
Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using modern tools : Intune, SCCM / MECM, Jamf, Autopilot, VDI.
Administer Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint; enforce compliance (SAML, SCIM, MFA, SSO); enhance endpoint security (Defender, encryption).
Maintain documentation, knowledge base, asset reports; provide vendor coordination and Level-1 / 2 / 3 support.
Lead device provisioning recommendations, hardware refresh cycles, user training, and helpdesk hand-offs.
