About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Studio Interior Designer to join a dynamic design team in São Paulo. In this role, you will lead interior design assignments from concept through to final execution, producing thoughtful, functional and visually compelling spaces. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop design briefs, create mood boards and detailed visualisations, specify materials and finishes, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to bring concepts to life with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development from initial concept to completed interior solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and design intent.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings and technical drawings that communicate design vision and details clearly.
• Prepare design specifications, material schedules, and documentation required for implementation and procurement.
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into project refinements.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Support procurement and installation processes to uphold quality, timelines and client expectations.

• Proven experience in interior design — including studio, residential and commercial projects.
