This team member will further strengthen our direct tax capabilities in terms of Income Tax, Deferred Tax, Transfer Pricing, Technological Incentive, Mover, tax consultations and tax compliance.
Tax Calculations & Compliance: Prepare income tax, transfer pricing, deferred tax (Local & US GAAP), and monitor technological incentives; calculate reintegrate benefits and manage government reimbursement files.
Regulatory & Reporting Obligations: Handle accessory obligations like ECF and FORMPD&I for the Ministry of Science and Technology; monitor MOVER benefits and provide required information to the government.
Advisory & Optimization: Identify opportunities to minimize income tax impact and provide direct tax advice to internal tax teams and AGCO business units.
Audit & Administrative Processes: Support internal/external audits and consultants; manage administrative processes and accounts on E-CAC (RFB).
Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure accurate tax compliance across departments and maintain alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting (MBA in Tax Law or Finance preferred); 4–5 years of experience with strong expertise in Income Tax, Deferred Tax, ECF Program, Transfer Pricing, Technological Incentives, Reintegrate, and MOVER.
Skills & Tools: Strong accounting knowledge; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; English language at intermediate level or higher.
Core Competencies: Ability to manage extensive tax legislation, ensure accurate tax declarations, and maintain compliance with SOX control requirements through preventive actions.
